Do you do Flowers for all occasions?

We do flowers for EVERY occasion! Our talented florists can help you with flowers for all your special occasions and events, from Baby showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Get Well and Sympathy.


How much notice do you need to deliver flowers?

We offer a same day delivery service to most Auckland areas, and throughout New Zealand and Internationally via the Interflora network. Please refer to our website for our specific cut-off times for same day deliveries.


Do you deliver on Sundays?

No, our shop is not open on Sundays and we do not offer a Sunday delivery service. The ONLY EXECEPTION to this is Mothers Day, which always falls on a Sunday, so we will always be open .


Can I arrange a specific delivery time?

While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, we do prioritise our business orders to ensure they arrive within business hours. Our couriers are often caught up with Auckland traffic, which can make these requests difficult to guarantee.


What happens if there is no one home when the flowers are delivered?

If there is no one home to receive the flowers, our courier will leave them in a safe and secure spot (if available) and leave a calling card in the letterbox. This is where a contact telephone number for the recipient can be very useful!


Why do you need a contact telephone number for the recipient? Won’t that spoil the surprise?

We only call the recipient when the courier has issues in delivering your flowers. More often than not, our couriers are finding electronic gates when attempting deliveries, so having a contact phone number for the recipient allows them to arrange a safe and successful delivery first time.


Will my flowers always look like the picture?

Our busy florists will always do our best to ensure your flowers look like the options you have chosen. Unfortunately, in some circumstances due to seasonal availability and stock levels, we may have to substitute some blooms. In these cases, similar blooms will be used.


Do you only sell flowers?

No, we have a lovely range of giftware available instore, as well as gourmet food baskets, silk flowers and plants.


Do you do Gift Baskets?

Yes! We offer a lovely range of gift baskets on our website. However, if there is something different you’d like, our staff will happily create a special gift basket just for you. Give us a call at the shop and we can discuss the options available.


Can i include a bottle of wine with my Gift Basket?

No - we re not licensed, so we are unable to sell or include alcohol in any of our orders or deliveries.


Can I collect flowers from your store?

Yes! We offer a ‘pick-up’ option on our website for collections. Alternatively, we would love to see you instore and our florists can create something special just for you.


How fresh are your flowers?

The flower markets are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so we are constantly getting fresh flowers instore.


How can I keep my flowers fresh and lasting longer?

You can help your flowers to last longer just by following a few simple steps.

1. Clean you vase to remove any bacteria that might ruin your flowers.

2. Cut the stems at an angle. This creates a wide opening where the flowers drink up water and keeps the air bubbles at a minimum so they don't block the water pathways.

3. Keep away from fruit. Fruits produce ethylene, which tells a plant to ripen and that will shorten the life span of your flowers.

4. Place in a cool position.

5. Keep way from direct sunlight, drafts and air conditioning.

6. Ensure your vase always has enough water and change the water completely every two days.
