By visiting this website and/or purchasing a product from this website, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service:

Products:

The product images on this website are examples - They are not images of the actual product we will provide. Product images are indicative of the style of the product and of value. Where there are several size options for a product, the size used in the product image will be indicated in the product description.

We reserve the right to substitute elements that are unavailable unless they are specifically included in the product title or description (eg: if daffodils were unavailable for the spring posy product we will substitute for something else to retain the order value - but we will not substitute red roses in the dozen red roses arrangement).

While we try our best to ensure that all products on our website will be available we cannot always guarantee availability. If we cannot provide a product we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund (at your discretion).

Our Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we want to make it right! Please contact us immediately and we will see what we can do. If we still can't make it right we will give you a refund.

Delivery:

Payment:

This website accepts Visa & Mastercard payments only. All amounts are in NZ Dollars

The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be "SP - Morrisons Florist"

Credit Card Information:

We use Shopify Payments for processing online credit card transactions. Transactions are processed in real time. Morrison's Florist does not have access to your full card number - that information is secured by Shopify Payments.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made by reverse charge to your credit card and will usually be made within 5-10 working days.

Late / Missing Refunds:
Shopify Payments take 5-10 business days to prosess refunds. If this time has passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at westflorist@morrisons.co.nz or +64 9 836 0028.
